I do not yet have a hard copy of the journal, but contributions are bulleted below, with free links to the abstracts and full-text content that I can find online. Unfortunately, the the gate fees at the journal homepage are prohibitively high.

Reddit's /r/scholar is useful for requesting gated journal articles.
